 Is this a joke?
The archive to RSS Insane is still locked. I can't open it, and nobody has sent me a password. For all I know, it is malware. It is certainly opt-in ware, or something to that avail. I strongly disapprove of these marketing techniques, and do not recommend that it be downloaded. Choose something else.

This file seems to be infected with a virus. I'm not able to identify it however as the exe is passworded.
